Aplava.com : Website Review and Haul

Hello people.

How are you all doing?

If you people follow me on Instagram, you would know that I had recently shopped a few items from an online store called Aplava. There have been recently a huge number of online shopping websites which offer huge discounts and offers. Aplava not only offers great discounts  but, they also have the option of creating personalised profile where in we would be asked to fill in all our details and then according to our skin type and the needs of our skin, the best beauty products are recommended to us by their team of experts.

You have to fill in all the things about your skin and hairs so that the experts can choose the best products for you.

They have a huge variety of options to choose from.

You can click on the brands option and it would display all the brands whose products are available on the website. You will find beauty and wellness products on the website. They have a separate section for children and men and also have some home related stuff like candles and room freshners.

I ordered a few items and it came packed nicely. It took a longer time than expected but that was probably due to holidays for festivals. Nonetheless, everything was packed in bubble sheet to protect from damage. In fact, it took me 10 minutes to unwrap the whole thing 😅

I ordered the Lakme Eyeconic Kajal, Maybelline Color Show Blush, Maybelline Hyper Curl Mascara, Maybelline Clear Glow BB Cream and Wild Earth Almond and Saffron Body Lotion.

About Aplava.com –

Aplava derives its name from sanskrit origins. Aplava (pronounced “AAp luv” in original sanskrit) means taking a bath to purify oneself. It’s an ablution process of cleansing oneself.

Just as the name suggests, Aplava wants to give its customers an experience of divine purity. Beauty is you!

As a startup beauty company, we strive to bring an unparalleled assortment of prestige brands, household names and niche, cult beauty brands, all on one site. Our professional team of Dermatologists and Beauty advisors has cherry picked brands across a broad range of product categories including Skincare, Hair care, Bath & Body, Make Up, Fragrance, Sun & Travel, Intimacy, Shaving, Candles and Aromatherapy, Mom & Baby & Homecare. To make your experience worthwhile and easy, the team has developed a mechanism to advice and recommends products based on your skin type and skin concerns. Use the Personalized Beauty section on your profile page to get customized recommendation for your daily skin routine.

Unlike many other beauty retailers, we work directly with our manufacturers/authorized distributors to bring you over 5,000 products straight from the brands themselves. You can trust that anything you buy is 100% authentic, guaranteed.

Shipping Charges – Shipping is free above INR 999 . Below that INR 50 is charged for shipping anywhere in India which I think is quite reasonable.

My views on the website :
They have discounts and offers available at almost all times. And, after comparing all the products that I bought from Aplava with different websites, I found that they offer products at great discounted prices and most of them were cheaper than other websites. Also, getting advice from experts for absolutely no extra cost is superb. The experts will recommend a list of products which is advisable to include in our daily skincare regime to get a healthy and nourished skin. This is something which I have not seen on any other website yet. Also, the customer support helped me with a lot of queries that I had. Thus I would say that the Customer Support is very good and reliable. Thus, I would definitely recommend this website to everyone.
