How are you all? This post is a bit late, considering the fact that monsoon is about to set in here in India. Bht then, it’s never too late 😂.
Also sorry to all those people who have tagged me for award nomination and other tags. My wifi has been down😷 .But i promise I’ll do it soon 🙂
Let’s get started.
1. Stay Hydrated–
I cannot even tell you how much drinking water is important for the body especially in summer. Drink atleast 10 glasses of water. I mean that’s the minimum amount. Include lots of fruits into your diet.Always carry a water bottle while going out. I carry two at times when it’s very hot. And drinking makes your skin look fresh. And not drinking water would make you faint😷.
2. Use Cleanser –
Cleansing your skin is very important. Make a DIY cleanser by mixing yogurt and honey. Apply on face and let it sit for 15 minutes and then wash it off. It deep cleanses your skin making it look fresh.
Dead skin needs to be removed as that takes away that fresh look away from your face. Exfoliate atleast twice a week. Many great products are available in the market. But i prefer my DIY exfolicator. Mix oatmeal, honey and rosewater and apply it on your face. Let it sit for 5-6 minutes and then with wet hands slowly start scrubbing your face. Scrub for 3-5 minutes and then wash it off.
Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise.
No matter what season,always keep your skin moisturised.
5. Sunscreen –
Always apply sunscreen 15 minutes before going out. This is what is going to protect your skin from getting damaged so invest in a good sunscreen.
Also carry a face mist in your bag to instantly feel refreshed. Carry wet wipes and blotting sheets in your bag.
